Commercial / Industrial scale charge outlets into EXISTING building:

  • Our relationships with Power Authorities allow us to expedite power upgrades where required.
  • TSA feasibility surveys can quickly provide the customer with an understanding of:
    • The extent and complexity of the works required.
    • An indicative cost of the works.
    • The proposed length of time the works will take to complete and commission.
  • Civil construction elements (where required) - Excavation, trenching, conduits, concreting, asphalting, paving.

Option 2
Commercial / Industrial scale charge outlets into PROPOSED building:

  • TSA work with developers / building Companies on "back boning" for future EV Charge installs.
  • Working off designs at the planning phase, TSA can quote for the various elements required to prewire a building for simple, future charger installs as demand increases over time. This will include - materials, installation methodology and labour.
  • This process also involves working with the Power Authority on possible power upgrades to accommodate future charger connections. This is done in the planning phase.
  • Prewiring for future EV Charge demands will become mandatory building requirements and we want to help developers at the planning phase of new build construction as it is easier to deliver the "Back Boning" as the building is being constructed.
